The department is responsible for the following key initiatives:
Psychological Counseling: Individual and group sessions to support mental wellness for students and staff.
Life Skills Education: Equipping students with essential interpersonal, emotional, and cognitive tools for day-to-day life.
Student Mentorship Program: A dynamic and structured empowerment initiative that fosters self-awareness, responsible decision-making, and career readiness. It includes trips and experiential learning.
Parent Workshops: Interactive forums for parents to align with the school's mentorship vision and better support their children's growth.
Job Shadowing: Career exposure opportunities that allow candidates to gain real-world insights into various professional fields.
Talent & Cultural Day: An annual celebration that showcases student creativity and cultural diversity.
Community Service: A mandatory program for Form 3 students, instilling a sense of responsibility, empathy, and civic engagement.
BOMA Wellness Club: A student-led wellness initiative launched in 2025 that promotes mental health awareness, peer support, and holistic well-being within the school community.

Leadership
The Mentorship Department is led by Md. Evalyne Wangari. As the Counselor and Mentorship Lead Facilitator, she brings passion, expertise, and vision to all departmental activities.
